Reports average and median electric range and clean-alternative-fuel-vehicle eligibility. Answers "how many EVs are registered in Washington", "how many Teslas are in King County", "EV count by ZIP in Seattle", "BEV versus PHEV split in Washington", and "which Washington legislative district has the most electric vehicles".
