Use when an agent needs official daily exchange rates. Returns the ECB euro foreign exchange reference rates for about 30 currencies, as published or as crosses for another base, plus Hyperliquid HIP-3 FX and commodity marks. The ECB rates are available free of charge on the ECB's website; they are for information only, not for transactions. Costs 0.002 USDC per call (x402, USDC on Solana, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum or Arc).
