Free live inventory entrypoint: count recorded active fresh Irish listings by area (exact county) and/or brand (exact make), case-insensitive. Omit both for national Ireland coverage. Zero matches returns a successful count of 0 with last_seen_at=null. The separate daily count quota is shared across REST, MCP and the A2A pilot; invalid attempts also count. Does not resolve towns or return listings, prices or deep analysis. Recorded active listings seen within the configured freshness window, in Ireland (IE) only. Area means an exact county, not a town. This is not the entire market or a count of unique vehicles; the same vehicle may appear across sources. Free (limited to 20 calls per UTC day per IP, shared with REST; separate from import preview).
