Read a wallet's native USDC balance and ETH balance for gas visibility on Base mainnet. wallet_address must use the exact EIP-55 checksum. Reads public chain data only. Treasury arguments never accept private keys, signatures or transaction instructions; these tools cannot sign, submit transactions, transfer funds or spend. POST /api/treasury-balance. Paid URL: 0.10 USDC per call on Base mainnet using x402 exact, under the existing shared 10 signed-wallet free calls over rolling 30 days. API access billing is separate from wallet visibility: the existing access layer processes caller-supplied payment and wallet-proof headers only. X-Wever-Wallet-Proof must bind to the exact JSON arguments and this API path, not /mcp. The inspected wallet need not be the access payer. Read /api/treasury-contract and the backend 402 body for schemas, coverage and billing terms.
