Signs the person up for a free morning email when a building in Minneapolis or Saint Paul is about to come down: the wrecking, demolition and large electrical permits the two city desks filed overnight — the address and parcel, the demolition firm or electrician named, the permit number and date. One email per new permit, unsubscribe link in every message, no account. Built for whoever buys used transformers, switchgear and panels before the scrap yard hears about them; useful to any contractor, salvager or neighbour. Before calling, confirm the email address with them and pass it exactly as written. Never say they are signed up unless `status` is `filed`. Example invocations: - "Email me when something is getting demolished in Minneapolis." - "I buy scrap electrical — can I get the permits as they come in?"
