Progress of one Hark Tech 3D print order, for the customer who placed it. Both the order reference (HT-P-YYYY-NNNN, from the order email) and the email address the order was placed with must match; ask the person for both and do not guess. Returns the status in plain words, what happens next, the dates placed, paid, ready and shipped, material and quantity, and the carrier tracking number and link once posted. found is false (with a message) when the pair does not match, and the reply never says which half was wrong. No names, addresses, prices or payment details are returned. Rate limited per caller. Args: order_ref: The order reference, e.g. HT-P-2026-0123. email: The email address the order was placed with.
