Return ONE divisional (varga) chart for the birth. The response maps each body (Ascendant, Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) to its position in that chart as {'sign': <zodiac sign>, 'longitude': <degrees in sign 0-30>}.
