Update rank-change alert settings for one RankParse website: enable/disable the daily digest (opt-in, default off), set the moved_up/moved_down position threshold (1-50, default 5), or set/clear an email override for that site's digest lines (null reverts to the account email). Only the fields you pass change. Confirm with the user before enabling -- this turns on a real daily email.
