Relaunch an already-launched toolfound listing: same listing, same URL, a new launch date shown alongside the old one. The listing goes back on that day's board; board points there are counted from votes cast since the NEW launch date, while the original launch and its vote total stay on the page as history. Requires one line describing what changed since the original launch (required, shown publicly on the listing page). Only available once the listing has been live at least 30 days since it last launched or relaunched, and at most once every 30 days after that. Only the claimed owner, or the email that verified the original submission, can call this.
