Exchange the CURRENT bearer token for a new one before it expires: returns `token` + `token_expires_at` (1 year by default, or `expires_in_days` 1-1825) and REVOKES the old token immediately. Inside this MCP session the new token is used automatically; with raw HTTP save it and stop using the old one. Every REST response carries the header X-Token-Expires-At; get_started shows the expiry and warns 30 days ahead. An already expired token cannot be refreshed — log in again (login) or create a token in the cabinet. Requires: a valid (not yet expired) token. The old token is revoked.
