Record a custody event on a shipment: pickup, checkpoint, handoff, delivered, exception or note. Pass the chip `uid` (and `signature`) read at the handoff and Aeroz verifies it on the spot, turning a signature on a form into proof of presence. On a high_value lane a handoff without a verified chip raises a finding. `pickup` moves the shipment to in_transit; `delivered` closes it.
