Returns { buy_url: 'https://www.startuphub.ai/pricing?buy=credits', pricing: { validate: [...tiers], discover: [...tiers] } }: surface the buy_url to the user when they hit a 402 'credit_limit_exceeded' error or ask 'how do I get more credits'. There is no in-MCP purchase flow (Stripe checkout requires a browser); your job is to show the price tiers and hand them the buy_url. Credits never expire and volume discounts auto-apply.
