READ-ONLY. "How many FBA units did I lose / got damaged, and how many were NOT reimbursed?" — the FBA lost & damaged balance per SKU (what ZoneWizard logistics, Igolai, Getida do). Reads the inventory ledger (Adjustments: lost M/5, found F/N, damaged E/6, other damage H/K/7/U, disposed D) and the reimbursements report (Lost_Warehouse, Damaged_Warehouse, CustomerReturn, reversals) and returns per SKU: units lost/found/damaged/disposed, units + amount already reimbursed, and amazon_open_units = the units Amazon ITSELF still marks unreconciled (= to claim) with event date, 60-day claim deadline, status (recent_wait_auto | claim_now | deadline_passed) and estimated value (avg reimbursement per unit, else listing price). Use for "unità perse / danneggiate / non rimborsate / rimborsi FBA / saldo FBA / cosa devo reclamare / apri un caso". Choose ONE outpost per seller: the ledger covers the whole region (EU = all countries, see countries). The claim itself is opened in Seller Central (Inventario → Difetto di inventario e rimborso), no public API. Async SP-API reports: the first call may take 60-90s; REPORT_THROTTLED = retry in 60s, never "no losses". Not covered: customer-return refunds never returned (60-120 days) and inbound discrepancies (fba_inbound_discrepancies).
