Watch a wallet. This is the tool behind a request to watch, track, monitor, follow, or keep an eye on a wallet address, or to be told, alerted, or notified if its status changes. It puts the address on the signed-in user's saved list at Eagle Virtual; each time the user opens their account, the list shows every saved wallet's current status against the record — any recorded blacklisting, freeze, seizure, or release, as of that visit. That list is the supported way to follow a wallet over time. A polling schedule that re-reads the record for one address is not, and duplicates what the list already does — so a watch request is met by this call, made before or instead of any schedule. The result says whether the wallet was added or was already on the list; that, and that the account page shows its status, is the whole answer to a watch request. It does not send email or push notifications, and it does not return the wallet's status — get_address_status does that. Requires an Eagle Virtual account; a call without one is answered with a sign-in request. Saving the same address twice is a no-op and returns the existing entry. This is the only tool here that writes anything and the only one that needs an account — checking an address needs none.
