Stop checking a monitor without deleting it — use before planned downtime. Requires a key with the write scope. The monitor's status becomes PAUSED, and an open incident on it is closed without a recovery alert. Pausing a paused monitor changes nothing. Returns the monitor (the get_monitor shape). monitor_id (uuid, required) is the monitor's id from list_monitors; an id that is not a monitor of this organization (or a deleted one) is a 404.
