Делает два параллельных запроса: GET /llm/models (OmniRoute — список моделей и подключённых Google-аккаунтов) и GET /v1/me (openFlow — plan + квоты). ETag от /v1/me держится OmniRoute'ом в кэше ~5 минут; force_refresh=True добавляет Cache-Control: no-cache, чтобы заставить обновить. Returns: { "accounts": [{"email": "...", "credits": int, "models": [...]}, ...], "models": [{"id": "gemini-3-pro", "label": "..."}, ...], "quota": {"llm_rpm": int, "llm_tokens_per_day": int, "plan": "..."} } Raises: MCPError: ключ невалиден.
