Returns temperature, precipitation, wind, humidity, cloud cover, weather codes by default; pass hourly/daily arg for custom variables. Free, keyless, no signup (Open-Meteo / ECMWF + national weather services). Pair with geocode to convert "Paris" → lat/lng first.
