Supported signals: stability (overall 0–100 score), cascade (shock propagation risk), macro_stress, climate, fx, or any. The cron checks hourly and fires the webhook on crossing — edge-triggered, not repeated every hour. Returns a subscriptionId for status checks and cancellation. Use for treasury alert systems, TMS integrations, or autonomous agent monitoring loops.
