Everything Unity Nodes Pulse knows about one Celestia validator: status, voting power and stake, commission, missed block proposals over 24 hours, 7 and 30 days, signature participation over 7 days, voting-power change over 24 hours, 7 and 30 days, where it is hosted when Pulse could place it, and whether it has signalled for the pending network upgrade. Look it up by operator address (celestiavaloper...) or by name; a partial name that matches several validators returns the candidates. Mainnet or the Mocha testnet. Celestia only, from a snapshot refreshed every 15 minutes. Names are typed by the validators and marked untrusted.
