Input: `url`; optional `policy` adds policy.result pass or fail, judged on what was already read. Nothing is paid; automated and heuristic, not an audit. A private or non-https URL is a 422 and an unreadable index a 503 (not charged); an endpoint that does not answer is a charged result. Typically 0.5-3 s; up to about 12 s when the endpoint is slow.
