One Celestia Fibre blob settled on the Mocha testnet (mocha-5), live from Cumulo: when and at what height it settled, who paid and how much, namespace, size, how many validators signed and the share of stake, whether it reached 2/3 (exact integer check by Cumulo), how many validators signed, were not needed or were not eligible, the payment promise and the retention deadline, and Cumulo's availability check by sampling rows. Look it up by the id from list_fibre_blobs ("<txhash>:<message index>"), by transaction hash or by blob id. Namespace names are chosen by the publisher and marked untrusted.
