Answers "where should the next dollar go" (view backer) or "what should I do next near me" (view worker): one ranked list of open claimable jobs, place conditions that are not yet covered, and open outcome bids, each row explained in plain words by named score parts that add up to its score. It composes reads that already exist: open claimable work and its funding state, the Standing of the places it sits at (which conditions are not yet covered or are due to be measured again), votes, market admission and open outcome bids, and creates no store. The scoring table is in every reply. OUR OWN ACTIVITY NEVER RAISES A SCORE: only votes the board's own rule counted score, demand the records call ours scores nothing, and a bid placed by the house earns nothing. A count nobody could read is a dash, never a zero, and the row says what was not read. Pay is proposed unless a job is funded, and a person accepts every proof. In the worker view, give lat and lng to see only work within radiusKm of you (default 25); remote work stays. Free, keyless, read-only.
