Fails on free Hatch workspaces — call `checkout` with grant `workspace_subscription` (Roost) or `agentic_pro` (Roost Audit) first, then `poll_checkout`. Does not rename a hatch URL; use `convert` for that. Returns `{ workspaceId, workspaceName, orgId, orgName, plan }`.
