Removes a custom domain from this account: a verified domain is no longer verified for it (using it again needs a new TXT check), and a pending claim is cancelled. The first call releases nothing: it shows the domain for the user to approve; call again with confirm:true only after their yes. The second call reports the platform's answer: released, or refused. A refusal because public names still use the domain (DOMAIN_IN_USE) lists those names, each with its id: remove each with delete_dns_entry (it asks for the user's yes first), then call this again. Releasing a domain deletes no deployment, instance or cluster.
