Before order_vps: how many servers of a plan can be ordered in one order right now (`max_quantity`, `limit_reason`: max_per_order | new_account | capacity | capacity_or_ipv4) and which add-ons are available for it with their monthly price (`addons.backups`, `addons.extra_ipv4`). Pass the same `product` and `period`/`plan_id` you will order; include `addons: ["extra_ipv4"]` to see the maximum with a second IPv4 per server. Works without a token (then the limit is the one for a new account). Requires: nothing (with a token the limit is for your account; without one — as for a new account).
