Search for events near a location with optional filters. Every event returns a description: the organizer's own copy when the source published one, otherwise a factual summary generated from the listing (venue, local date and time, category, organizer, lineup). Also returns `lineup`, the performers in billing order with the headliner first. Use this to help users find events in a city or near coordinates.
