Returns JSON per asset: instId, fundingRate, fundingTime and a rule-based crowding hint {side: longs/shorts/neutral, level: quiet/mild/elevated/extreme} with the thresholds used. OKX public data only. The hint is not a forecast or advice. Errors are not charged. Price $0.003 per call via x402, USDC on Base (MCP payments are Base only). Data changes about every 5 min; calling more often returns the same values.
