Buys a credit pack on the workspace's saved card, the card it already paid Hercules with. There is no checkout page. Packs: 200 credits for $24.99; 550 credits for $59.99; 1500 credits for $149.99. Before you call it, confirm the pack and the price with the user, unless the user already told you to top up or to keep credits topped up. It charges only when an owner or admin allowed AI top-ups, and only up to the workspace's monthly cap. When AI top-ups are not allowed yet, it charges nothing and returns a one-click approval link for the user. When no card is saved, it charges nothing and returns a link where the user can buy the pack once.
