Show the organization's plan, its limits and how much of them is used now. Takes no arguments. Returns plan (one of FREE, PLUS, PRO, MAX, ENTERPRISE), limits and usage. limits includes max_monitors, min_interval_seconds, max_fast_monitors (how many monitors may use an interval below fast_interval_threshold_seconds, which is 60), max_regions (regions per monitor), allowed_regions (the region codes to choose from), max_heartbeats, api_rate_limit_per_minute (API requests per minute for the whole organization), renotify_interval_seconds and renotify_max_count (how often and how many times an open, unacknowledged incident is alerted again; 0 means never); null means no limit. usage has monitors (paused ones included), fast_monitors and heartbeats. Call it before creating several monitors to check they fit.
