Put a decision in front of a real person and wait for their answer. Creates a web form and returns form_url to send to whoever should decide, plus an action_id for reading the reply. Use it to get sign off before an irreversible or costly step, or when a policy requires a named human to approve. The point of difference: the approver does not have to be the person operating this client - it can be a manager, a customer or a colleague on another device, in another country, and they need no account and no login to answer. No API key, no account and no sign up: call it directly. Poll for the reply with read_human_approval. The form expires 24 hours after creation, so it does not suit a decision that can wait longer than that.
