Use this when you already have a Clickwise affiliate API key and want tracking links for programs you are approved in: one per item (the same program and subid return the same link), optionally deep-linking to a landing_url on the merchant's site. Each item reports its own status; a failed item never blocks the others. Without an account use request_tracked_links. Requires your own Clickwise affiliate API key on the MCP connection (X-API-Key header or Authorization: Bearer); acts only on your account.
