Convert subtitles between SRT and WebVTT or to a plain transcript, shift or stretch the timing, append a second part, and repair order, overlaps, empty and flashing cues. Returns the rewritten subtitle text and a report of what changed. Arguments: text, format?, shiftSeconds?, scalePercent?, repair?, appendText?, appendOffsetSeconds?. Same result as POST /api/v1/tools/subtitle-converter.
