List the datasets this Dantes Exchange endpoint publishes for server-side scanning — name, as-of date, size, and the exact paths to pass to capabilities (e.g. bars_dir for the scanners, evidence packet paths for equity-analyst). ALSO ENUMERATES THE EQUITY UNIVERSES: call with no arguments to see which universes exist, then call again with {"universe": "LIQUID_VOLATILE"} or {"universe": "SECULAR_TREND"} to list their members, so candidate names can be originated from this endpoint rather than guessed. LIQUID_VOLATILE is the broad mechanical liquid/volatile eligibility universe (infrastructure); SECULAR_TREND is a curated secular-theme selection overlay. They are orthogonal — neither contains the other. Free. Raw dataset files are never returned; capabilities read them on the Exchange host and return derived results.
