A one-time reading — nothing is tracked or stored about the request. Used after booking elsewhere to see whether Agoda is now cheaper (input for check_refund_claim), or to compare a quoted price. agoda_url is a plain Agoda link for the same stay, suitable as evidence. Readings are cached for 30 minutes; live lookups share a daily budget.
