Set the eBay connection's default shipping (fulfillment) policy for one eBay site, or null to remove it. Products without their own choice carry it in every new draft and when a draft goes live; LIVE listings keep the policy they have — change those with bulk_set_ebay_fulfillment_policy. The policy is checked against eBay's live list first; with no default, listings use the first policy eBay returns. Returns marketplaceId, previousFulfillmentPolicyId, fulfillmentPolicyId and the policy. Refused until the workspace owner switches on AI publishing. Idempotent. The result echoes the workspace.
