Creates the user's RealScore Report: the asset verification document a buyer gives a mortgage lender when the down payment or reserves come from crypto. It covers identity, every verified wallet, current holdings, balance history and RealOpen's conversion adjustment, in one PDF with a public document id the lender can check. Requires a verified identity and at least one verified wallet; otherwise it returns what is missing. Returns a private download link valid for 30 days; each request creates a new report at current values (a repeat within a few minutes returns the same one). It is not a loan decision, pre-approval or qualification, and it does not move, convert, or reserve any crypto.
