Toggle your own receipts visibility (operator-key-signed write). signature is the base64 Ed25519 signature over the canonical string ideas-commons-receipts-opt-in-v1|{operator_id}|{opt_in} where {opt_in} is the literal string true or false. Receipts are private by default (opt_in false). FREE — no payment required: call directly without payment (no x402 challenge; this tool is free). HTTP equivalent: POST https://exchangerebel.com/toll/commons/operators/{id}/receipts-opt-in. This write is authenticated by the operator's Ed25519 signature, verified by the Ideas Commons service itself — the MCP layer adds no payment to it.
