Log the sender's time on a live project in this workspace. Before writing, call well_list_projects and match the named project to its returned live project_id. If more than one project matches, reply with numbered choices and wait for the sender to pick one. Call this tool only after one project is resolved. This tool never searches for a project or returns candidate choices. Pass project_id, duration_seconds and day when the sender named a day. day uses YYYY-MM-DD and defaults to today in the sender's time zone. duration_seconds is a positive whole number. The sender is the person whose hours are logged. A live project and sender must still belong to this workspace. The person confirms the project, sender, day and duration on one card before anything is written. The receipt states the saved day, the project's week total from activity.week.total_hours, and its source_id from activity.week.source_id.
