List the validators of the Celestia Fibre network with Cumulo's measurements: whether each registered a Fibre host and is ready, stake rank and share, typical round trip, uptime over 24 hours, 7 and 30 days, and where the host runs (country, hosting provider). Mocha testnet (mocha-5). Filter by registered or not, status, name, country or provider; sort by stake, latency, uptime or name. From a snapshot refreshed every 15 minutes of an open API by Cumulo, credited in each answer. Validator names and hosts are typed by the validators and marked untrusted. Use get_fibre_validator for one validator with its signing record, data retention, probes and diagnosis.
