PREMIUM ONLY - Developer plans and above; requests below that return an error. Announced and scheduled changes to US sales and use tax rates for states, counties, cities and special districts, sorted by effective date (changes without a date yet come last). Each change has the old and new rate, the effective date, days until it takes effect, its status (from on the ballot through enacted) and the official announcement it comes from. Changes taking effect within 30 days are marked high priority. Only upcoming changes are returned. Use updated_since to sync incrementally; it also returns cancelled changes so you can retire ones you stored.
