Computes the tax bracket by bracket from the OFFICIAL schedules (Ontario + Toronto’s double municipal MLTT, Quebec base schedule, BC, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Halifax; Alberta and Saskatchewan charge no tax — registration fees only). Give a price, or just a city to use its current reference market price. Includes first-time-buyer rebates. Not covered: PEI and Newfoundland.
