Get the original-language (German) full text of one Austrian court decision, by Geschäftszahl (with court), by ECLI, or directly by a RIS document_id from at_search_case_law. ECLI and document_id carry the court (VfGH/VwGH/OGH) in their own format and resolve it automatically; a bare geschaeftszahl needs court passed explicitly. Returns decision date, legal/subject area, headnote and norms cited alongside the text, paged via text_offset/text_has_more/text_next_offset.
