Use `q` with the project or building name — e.g. q="Petra Tower" — punctuation/accents ignored, and a name lookup also finds completed/sold-out buildings. This is how you answer "apartments in <building/tower name>" and "is there a project called X". For "projects by <developer>" use `company` with the developer's name (NOT `q` — project names rarely contain the developer).
