Returns the investors and their properties from a quote made by quote_active_investor_search, grouped by owner with portfolio size and purchases in the last 12 months. Spends credits. Takes only a quote_id. Charges for the records returned, never more than the quote, and releases the rest. Before calling, the user must have agreed to the quoted credit cost. A quote runs once and expires after 10 minutes.
