Set `dynamic: true` for a code whose destination can be changed later and whose scans are tracked (requires a paid plan); static codes are free and encode the data directly. Supports full design control (colors, pattern, eye style, frames with captions, logo). Not for Hovercode forms, pages, or short links: those already have their own QR code (returned as `qr_id` / `id`) — use download_qr or update_qr_code with that id instead.
