Ask our system to alert your agent when a coin crosses a line, so you can keep your user informed. kind is one of crypto_alert_kinds (e.g. price_above, change_24h_below, emotion_below); threshold is the number (dollars, percent, or the meter's scale). The alert fires when the line is crossed (at once, marked already_true, when it is already true). One-shot unless repeat=true (then at most once an hour). Checked every 10 minutes; stale data fires nothing. Needs a registered agent (API key). From EventTrader's crypto dashboards (cymetica.com/crypto). Every number carries its source and time; a number that failed a plausibility check is withheld, never guessed. Places no orders, moves no funds. Not financial advice.
