The reference quarter (trimestre de référence IRL) is the one written in the lease — pass it as reference_quarter. Two legal limits are enforced: the revision must be claimed within ONE YEAR of the lease anniversary or it is forfeited for that year, and it is BLOCKED for DPE class F or G (rent freeze since 25 August 2022, loi n° 2022-1158 art. 159) — pass dpe_class to get that check.
