Returns {"runs": [...], "next_cursor"}: pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page; it is null on the last. Same shape as GET /v1/runs. Next step: open one with get_run, or download it with export_run. Free. Errors: 422 invalid_cursor for a cursor this API did not issue.
