Quita una entrada del flujo de trabajo de uno o más clientes: es el inverso de asignar_entrada, para deshacer un archivado que no tocaba. Indica 'entrada_id' (el 'id' de la entrada) y 'clientes' (nombre o nombres separados por comas, tal como aparecen en listar_clientes). La entrada pierde el estado que tenía en el flujo de ese cliente; si ya no queda bajo ningún cliente, vuelve al inbox (listar_entradas). Desasignar una entrada que no estaba asignada a ese cliente no es un error. Requiere tener el modo clientes activado.
