Aggregate social attention metrics across screens and time periods. Shows which venues and dayparts have the highest social amplification. Queries observation_stream for social attention data and aggregates by the requested dimension (venue, daypart, or screen), computing average SAF, average cascade depth, average viral attention score, and event count.
